I'm not recommended cambron body shop because I put my car month ago and they told me after 10 working days u will get back ur car.but when I call them after 10 days every time they have different excuse.

I wrecked my motorcycle in Owensboro. I did not know any of the body shops there. By luck, Cambrons was the tow truck. They did not leave my bike outside in the wreck yard. They put inside so not to get rained on and possibly messed up more. They were very polite and professional. Jamie was awesome. She worked with me and helped me understand some of the insurance process. I hope I never have to have them again, but if you do have to have something repaired, they are the ones to do it in Owensboro.

They have a huge problem of personal stuff missing from vehicles kept in their yards. Been going on for years. Almost seems ad if it's an inside job.

I came into this shop because my grandpa Braden used to work here back in the '70s I believe. I did not mention that a family member had worked here before and they still gave me a great price and top notch customer service if you need anything fixed on your vehicle this is the place to go. It's a real down to earth body shop it's not all bougie like the dealership lol great people! I had several interactions and everyone was great! By far Tara provided great customer service and broke things down to layman's terms so I understood! Thanks again ?

The only reason they even got 2 stars from me is the sweet woman at the front desk. It's not professional or practical to wait over 6 weeks for your vehicle.

They’ll fix your main problem and that’s it. The other problems if you don’t hurry and get back immediately prepare for the run around. I told Cambrons to fix my tire alignment and knock dents out the car and to adjust windshield. They did everything but adjusted windshield. They do a okay job with the obvious issues but rush and clearly don’t take their time with getting the side stuff done. I was told that “United” does their windshield work. Well now I have to call United instead of them doing their job and getting it done. I would only take it to Cambrons for one job at a time and just keep waiting months in line so you can have a 4.5 star service, which was better than what I received. So they don’t bite off more than they can chew. The pictures show what I mean by when I say rushed. I was hoping for a 10/10 windshield job not a 4.5 out of 10 windshield job.

My friend had to get his car towed there and was trying to get it out next day but it was Sunday and they were closed. The owner went out of her way to let us get it out . They were absolutely wonderful. They know how to keep business and also go above and beyond. Thank you so much.

This place had my car stored in impound for a couple weeks and I had multiple items stolen from my vehicle. So not only was I out almost a 1000$ I had to replace my vapes stolen as well. And it took a half hour to find my car keys!

My truck was totaled and was brought here. This is the worse place I have had to deal with in my life. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, because she had to do her job. When I told them I was done and my insurance company could take it, they held it for over a week saying I didn't tell them that so they could charge more storage fees. I have pictures and records to back all of this up. Extremely unprofessional.

My husband brought his truck here to get the lock fixed on the passenger door cause the lock fell out inside the door. They put handle in but didnt put the lock in!!! He had to pay 137 dollars and they told him it would be another 110 to install the lock... Wondering why they would put the handle in without the lock and put the door back together and try to charge me 110 extra dollars?? Put handle in without lock!!
