This a hard one for me. I have taken my dog there 3 times now. The first 2 times I was very happy with the results. The last time however was disappointing. I didn’t ask them to shave my dog so that was a shock, and 4 of his nails were bloody when I picked him up. The prices are reasonable and like I said I have gotten very good results .

10/10 recommend going there she listens to what you want and doesn’t over do it! They definitely listen to the dog if he/she doesn’t like it!Even though it was my boy’s first time he did great ! He looks so handsome!!

I don't know why people are negative about this place I have a 110 lb mastiff it's over a 120 dollars jus for a bath with brackins it's 40$ cheaper than anywhere I called plus the 80 included teeth brushed his nails a bath an hygiene cut I absolutely love the place all my animals go there including my cat an they absolutely love it always will have my business thanks for the help the brackins team is amazing an we will see ual soon thanks again

I took my little girl here for her first grooming. she was so traumatized when I got her back she hid under the bed for the first two weeks. This lovable dog he loved everybody now bites scared to death of strangers and it's been 2 years.I witnessed myself them treating dogs badly when I was in the store picking her up. please don't take your dog here if you love your animals look around do your research do not go to this place these people are horrible. And if all that wasn't enough the place is filthy.

I’m so glad we found this place for our furbaby! The groomer and her assistant were both so kind and our pet loved them also! They truly care and it shows. Our shih tzu looks amazing and it’s close to home for us. We are 110% happy! The bows and bandana are adorable! Very reasonably priced and it was actually less than I thought it would be.

Our family has always been satisfied with Bracken's until recently. Our two dogs had been dropped off for grooming two separate occasions first time picked up without being groomed because of an injurythe staff occured. When finally getting in after reschuling our Goldendoodle was picked up after being in the cage from 830 am to 330 pm and was still not groomed. We were informed that the table pole had beoken and the staff member's husband out trying to find something to fix it. When question about the time the table broke she said it was the day before. This is not the staff fault orthe responsibility of her family. The owner of ththe shop is never been one to step and repair take interest in the needs of the business just the money. They definitely lost our business!
