My car happened to break down in their parking lot. They were so very caring and helpful. They let me keep the car there overnight Until the Mobile Mechanic could get there in the morning. They even wanted to make sure that I had a ride home that evening with the snowstorm starting. They have always been very helpful, honest, and kind. They will always have my business. Thank you so much for all you do. It really does mean a lot.

The store Manager, Brandy, was so kind. I had to have my Honda Van towed here in terrible weather, left it in the their parking lot over night bc I had kids and had to go back to Bowling Green. Came back and she helped with our battery and found that the air intake hose was busted and replaced that for us too. I highly recommend them! I am very thankful

Most parts in stocks and available same day. Staff had moderate automobile knowledge, with some being able to assist an individual with help and others being nothing more than being able to search the parts inventory and locate the part at the listed location within the store. An average problem most autoparts stores have succumbed to over the last 2 decades along with the world in general.

This past Sunday my brother needed a new battery. We went to AutoZone and purchased one. What a blessing it was for Eric W to install the battery for us. He took care of cleaning the corrosion off the existing parts, was efficient and most helpful. Thank you Eric and thanks AutoZone for providing this service.

Had to come here to test my alternator. I still don't know if it's draining mt battery or not, but it did turn out to be fine. Good customer servicd.

I used to work here and I loved it! Brandi is the most understanding and caring manager anyone can ask for. I had no job and she hired me on the spot. Everything was a team effort. Unfortunately I had to leave due to school and financial reasons.

My recent visit to the AutoZone store on HW-54 left much to be desired. Despite being within earshot, the cashiers blatantly ignored my inquiry about the location of jumper cables.
Their dismissive behavior was so awkward that another customer in line had to step in and assist me. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I opted to use the self-checkout instead. Management should prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid such experiences in the future.

Titus did an amazing job helping out he helped me out with my issue while he was dealing with several customers and went above and beyond spending more then an hour to make sure I was taken care of
