1. They actually answer the phone2. They kept the original scheduled service date.3. They finished quickly and promptly and were polite.4. Im not the smartest man in the world, but i feel like the labor was priced very fair. Will be taking my powerstroke to them from now on.

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from but this shop will only work on your truck if they can price-gouge you on the parts’ price, bad experience overall!

I brought my truck in for repairs on the front end. Explained a concern I had about a issue I had and was suggested a tune up. I called for a update and was told they ran into a problem and wanted to charge me for the broken parts they broke. My vehicle has been there 2 weeks and they will not fix what they broke. It was never explained to me that if they had to do certain things that it would cost what they want to charge.
