“I had a rattle in my exhaust system and could not figure out where it was. I stopped in and the guys jumped on it and found the exhaust tip was actually pushing against the hitch frame. They cut the hanger and rewelded a new one and put a gap between the tip and the hitch. Didn’t charge me a dime either. First time I have dealt with the new owner and staff and overall I was very pleased with their work and attitude. Highly recommend them for all your exhaust and brake needs!”

“After the recent hail storm all body shops and insurance companies were overwhelmed. I did NOT want my SUV totaled, I made Ernie the GM aware of this as well as Tab my claims advisor. My insurance company said it would probably total because the roof needed cut off and replaced. Now understand that the top looked like a connect the dot puzzle and had a few large dents. I did not want it cut off, it would forever change the structural integrity of the vehicle. As we all worked together I knew that they would do the best they could without having to total it. I was expecting some possible imperfections on top, but I’m too short to see the top, Well Wow, when I picked up my vehicle it was perfect, there is absolutely nothing that shows it was a golf ball. The Shop guys got hours, and I got my vehicle fixed! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Ernie, Tab, and the Gerber team in Owensboro!”

“The dealership and sales was very helpful through the process of finding the vehicle I wanted and the purchase process. My issues is not with Don Moore but with Toyota. Toyota gives false presentation on gas tank size. How do you state the grand highlander has an almost 18 gallon tank when you are directed the vehicle is set up to only use under 14 gallons. The vehicle is a full size and should come with a full size usable tank, not a small car tank. It Toyota deemed necessary to never use the last 4 gallons to protect engine they should have built a 21 gallon tank. I had to get on Utube to discover why my gas gage showed empty at 14 gallons. Very disappointing of a brand such as Toyota .”

“The staff there have always been courteous, have listened to my instructions & questions without responding in a condensing manner. The tires are a good value & good quality. The services have always been completed promptly & in a timely manner. Due to now living in a rural location I have gotten the road side hazzard protection which is only an additional $10 per tire. For me this has been a great service as I have needed repairs now multiple times. Which they have done a great job on. There is a small waiting area with a couple of benches or you can go shopping while you wait. Small purchases can be rung up there in the service area or you can ring up large amounts up front & then exit the building thru the service area so you are closer to your vehicle. They will text you to let you know when your vehicle is ready. Location is on the backside of building on west side closest to Fredericka behind the garden center. The door is on the south side of the service bays closest to the main building.”
