My wife and I moved back from Germany this month as I was retiring from the military. We needed new phones with U.S. numbers and a worker at this ATT sold us phones that he said would cost $5 per month, per phone for 36 months. When we received our first bill, one phone was $17 and one was $20. The add-ons also cost much more than advertised. I highly recommend taking business elsewhere until their ethics improve.

Linda assisted us as soon as we walked in. She not only helped us with our objective but found a better plan to fit our needs. She was very patient and friendly, even with my kids. Excellent customer service. The best experience I've had in the store!

I was at the store and i was going to take a order but had to cancel it but still got charge for it as i had to go back home to South Africa and when i came back they still charge me for it and i dont even have any of the products with me phoned the store sorry they cant help because the manager isnt there i have to come in during the week but i cant i work until 8 so im very mad about this service is bad

Customer service is terrible. They came scurrying out of the back like they were lost. The manager has the personality of a rock. Horrible experience. God forbid I ever have to go back.

Brad was my sales representative. He was very helpful, polite, and courteous. He was knowledgeable of his products and answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend him to everyone. My experience was excellent.

I bought a phone at att 18 months ago and it quit charging. Took it to the store and was told it couldn't be fixed and needed to buy another one. I took it to CPR and he had the phone fixed within 15 minutes.Everywhere I have lived I have to go outside to get a good signal and the wifi coverage is so slow. I feel I am paying WAY TOO MUCH a month for such sad coverage.

Although others have gone to this location to get particular account actions solved. In this case the rep was unwilling to give the help that was needed although they had the ability.0 out of 10 for customer service.

The review seemingly written by my wife was actually me. I was unable to use my phone thanks to the poor service and rudeness of the salesman working that morning.However, I'll never judge an entire business off the disrespect of one halfwit, and the online team at ATT are second to none. If you want a good deal from someone with an IQ above their shoe size....avoid the Frederica store and shop online with ATT.

Jonathan was the most helpful representative that I have dealt with. He listened intently to the problem and was able to resolve the issues. I was also able to upgrade my home Wi-Fi service to fiber optic service in the same visit which I wasn't expecting to accomplish that day. I was overly impressed with Jonathan's customer service. He was approachable and pleasant and a complete professional not to mention knowledgeable about AT&T services. When he was uncertain about how to resolve an issue he sought out the necessary channels. I felt he genuinely cared about me as a customer and that is almost unheard of in most cases. I would also like to give a shout out to Cory for his knowledge and ability in getting me the best plan for my fiber optic service. They were both sincerely interested in sending me on my way with the utmost customer satisfaction!

The absolute worst experience of my life! After being up most of the night trying to save as much information as possible while a hacker was literally picking my apps and files out one by one (Active Armor wasn't very active that night), I took off work to get a very important tool repaired. I didn't ask for the repair, only a sim card. That's when the salesman discovered my driver's license had expired. Now, I'm an educated man but I need someone to explain how the date on my driver's license affects the picture. When I told him , "I only need a sim card. I'll install it myself". He rolled his eyes, shook his head, then turned his back to me and walked away. Yes, on my way out I said some things I'm not proud of, but that man should NOT be working in public. Especially not for a company that has always been so helpful and caring.

Walked in one day as ive been driving by this store for 10 years and always wondered what an "ATT" was? Me and my family had not ever heard of cellular devices and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. We went in and it was amazing ! They asked us questions pertaining to family, occupation, recreational activities we enjoy, places we travel, and even wanted to know what we did for entertainment!!! Then, the rep and manager even showed us their cellular phone and convinced us there was no need to rely on the old land line anymore for day to day life. Then they showed us a revolutionary service called "Directv Stream?" Forgive me if I'm mispronouncing it. Anyways I was just blown away that you can watch live sports and record all of your favorite shows using a cutting edge technology called "DVR!" It was refreshing to hear a no nonsense value bundle of all benefits and features we too could enjoy just by signing up. Were not supposed to say anything, but they even gave us a free accessory after we bought the first 2!!! Needless to say, me and my family are enjoying using these mobile cellular devices that everyone has been talking about for years! Thanks! Dees was the best store ever! Shout out to the store manager Courtland Pugman and his assistant managers who helped us, Brent Whistleden and Crant Edwurst. I believe the reps name was Jeff or Madison, I get them mixed up. Thanks again guys!

Absolute nightmare. My bill has never been consistent. Not to mention they left my old line open “to do me a favor so I could transfer passcodes for accounts etc (new number)” but never canceled it. I’m one person and my average bill per month was over $200. It was hard to dispute anything bc they sent all my contract info to the wrong email address. Also- went through the whole ‘ call the 800 number, they can help you ‘ but then the 800 number said ‘ you must go into the store, they can help you ‘. Needless to say- no one wanted to help me- they kept putting me on other people- other than management ( can’t seem to talk to anyone who can help me ). I’ve been unbelievably overcharged, they’ve taken no accountability whatsoever. **** be careful- they will say they are helping you, doing you a favor etc BUT they are not. Don’t fall for it- it’s a trap. Seriously - I regret ever believing they ‘were trying to help me’.
