The help at this store site was excellent. Bailey was great. However AT&T customer service on the telephone failed to take care of our problem even after talking to 3 different people. The last one did help some but the first two had to send us to someone else. Hope you have better luck if you ever have a problem!!

I have never been so disappointed in a store. I went there to get help with adding some phone lines not knowing the mess I was about to get into. We added two new lines and was given a rough estimate of maybe 100-150$ more on the next bill. The next bill comes and it was 350$+ more, which was almost 500$. They added insurance to our accounts without explanation, they added some next up plan without explanation, they said the would put the new lines on the same plan as us but some how they were put on a premium plan that cost a lot more, they gave us a false amount to expect on the next bill, they gave us a FALSE monthly amount (it was over 100$ more monthly than the quoted amount they told me) and they did not give us ANY impression that we should expect a 500$ bill. Not only that, they told me that they would change the account owner over to me and add my nurse discount for me, they even took my work badge and took a photo of it. They gave me the impression it was done when I left that store but that was not truthful either. I left that store very happy with two happy boys, only to get a huge bill that brought tears to my eyes. Normally I would assume this was a mistake, but too many things do not add up. I honestly feel this was intentional and I will never understand why. I am honestly so hurt by this.I went to a true AT&T store and was told this happens all the time for this store. He told us that we should never go there. Save yourself the stress, the tears, the hours on the phone crying to the AT&T customer service, the time going to another AT&T store to get it all fixed, and a lot of money- DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Go to a true AT&T store or call AT&T or go to their website.

Bailey helped me and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, quick, and insanely friendly. She was professional and made the headache of switching providers and buying a new phone easy and stress-free. She’s a lovely person and I would recommend her to anyone. If anyone reading this has the power to reward her for her hard work or compensate her financially, she is very deserving. My decision to switch to AT&T was made easy by working with Bailey. She’s a wonderful representative for your company and I hope you hire many more like her.

Bailey was the one assisting us, and she was really friendly and thorough. Super job helping my family as we had several different lines we needed help with. She explained everything clearly, and gave us a very pleasant experience.

Yesterday, Brandon was very helpful with advice on how to save on my Direct TV bill as well as setting up a new phone & transferring data on an old phone. Today, I had one small issue to take care of which Bailey did in just a few minutes. The AT & T store on Hwy 54 made this transaction very easy.

Worst store to go to in Owensboro. The store associates, no matter the time of day are absolutely clueless. They neglect to inform customers. Which must be a company policy. If you like numerous amounts of unknown charges then use AT&T. And if you like to utterly waste your time, go to this store.

Brandon helped my wife and I upgrade to 2 new iPhone 15’s and helpful in finding accessories to go along with the new devices. He was helpful and patient throughout the whole process. ??

The lady with black hair and pink is extremely rude. She has no customer service experience and if she did i would like to know where it was. I feel horrible for your business because she would be the reason you'll lose your business.0 stars

I was helped today by Keegan at the Hwy 54 store in Owensboro. I can not say enough how impressed I am by his knowledge, helpful attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. So rare to find that level of customer service these days...I felt like a Rockstar!!Idk what his salary is, it doesn't really matter, because whatever it is, he deserves more!!! Was treated very rudely by Bailey... Very poor customer service by everyone there... Apparently customers aren't important to these people. Do not recommend this store nor will I ever go back!

Bailey at the 54 AT&T store was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond for our family to make sure we got service started and the phones we wanted! We will definitely be asking for Bailey next time we visit! Bre was also very helpful and so nice!!
