“Overall this place for my lifestyle has fit amazing. We have lived here for a year and seen management change. The management that was here when we first moved in was fine but there was always tiny errors on our rent monthly. Once getting new management things have changed. This is the first time I have rented an apartment so there has been some things I did not understand. The office has done great about explaining those things into words that I can understand. Before new management the dog park, the pool, and that place in general was not the cleanest. Since Tonya has became new management here the dog park is always clean and pool is not green looking anymore. Tonya has worked amazing with me and I couldn’t ask for more from management. The only complaints I have truly had was people living near me rather than the apartment itself. If you keep to yourself and take care of your apartment you should have zero issues here.”
