Website says they have state of the surveillance cameras but when my unit was broke into they told us they only have cameras at the entrance. Said they had inside cameras before in the climate controlled units but people were stealing the cameras and that thefts has happen several times. Denied us a investigation or use of the mandatory insurance they sold me.

Someone broke into our unit and we were told there's nothing that can be done. We even pay for insurance.
