Not happy at all. Had my Jeep for over 6 weeks. Came back full of dust and smelled bad. Now I have to have it detailed to get the bondo dust out of it. Drove it 1 day and warning lights appeared
Edit: Took Jeep to dealership the reason they couldn't get it fixed is they left a part of a sensor off, because of their negligence I got a bill for $794 for the rental car.

We had an accident while vacationing in KY. Our car was towed to Fast Lane in Olive Hill, KY. Tara and Chad were phenomenal to deal with from a distance. They fixed car within a reasonable amount of time and worked with us on logistics of coming back to KY (from Ga) to pick it up. We had an issue after we picked vehicle up and they made sure it was resolved for us with a local shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair

They're great mechanics but always super busy and backed up. Expect them to have your vehicle for at least a week. And that's the norm. They don't like talking to customers about vehicle issues. I guess cause they're so busy and the receptionist never knows anything about what's what do don't bother to call and and inquire about your vehicle status.
