I’ve worked there for over a year! and I’ve absolutely LOVED working there! Didn’t have a problem with nobody!! UNTIL ASHLEY came along ever since she became my coach she would constantly bully me and criticize everything I do! EVERYTHING! I’ve seen her yell at employees in front of everybody. she’s NOT a good team lead she’s not a good coach. she constantly talking bad about her peers. she’s not a good worker. over all not a good person. she needs to be fired and removed from that place or management needs to look into her because when I left half the store had something bad to say about her “ team lead skills “ and that says a lot! FIRE ASHLEY AND LOOK INTO HER !!!

Thoroughly disgusted with the service! Had a flat out of state, they told me it would be 1 and a half hour wait. I waited 3 hours, didn't hear anything went to check and they told me they couldn't do it cause the vehicle was to big. You would have thought they would have known when I checked in! Idiots!

I had to hunt down someone to help me find someone to mix paint. Then THAT person had to find someone...but no one came. I wanted 15 minutes for them. I then stood at the paint counter and called the store to ask them to send someone to help. The girl who answered paged for someone right away, but I still spent over 5 more minutes waiting. There is absolutely no way to ring for help in any department, and when I finallh DID find someone they couldn't help me. If you're getting something quick the store isn't terrible, but if you need help then you're out of luck.

I am usually able to find what I need at this Walmart for the most part, but the customer service from majority of the employees I have encountered month after month here even just last Friday, is absolutely horrible especially the front end cashiers and bakery! If you don’t like working directly with customers why work here!!!! I understand sometimes being understaff and overwhelmed but that’s no excuse to take it out on the people who come in to shop and support your company you work for. Simply said. Not only that there is no persons on the floor hardly ever to assist customers with any questions/looking for things/concerns, and the self checkout is the main check out point even when there is a huge back up. You guys have an abundance of cash registers that can be open and I only see maybe 1-2 at a time no matter the time of day, to check out at outside of self checkout. Its frustrating!
