I went in with the intention of upgrading my phone as it had been dropped a few times and was pretty beat up looking. The technician, Mr. Carlos Loya asked me if I was sure it was the phone and not just the protective film. We peeled back the film and sure enough the phone was fine. That man saved me several hundred dollars and didn’t blink and I losing a sale. His customer service was excellent.

Had an amazing experience at this location with my Verizon team member, Unique. Unique was professional in every aspect and beyond helpful. He looked out for me and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed while holding no information back. I’d give the whole experience 6 stars if I could.

William Wright is the Linda of salesperson that Verizon should hire over the years since i met him he has gone above and beyond helping me with any problems i had with my service or device he is thoughtful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what he does he helped me get my phone fixed after it was cut off by accident when i upgraded a phone for my wife i always look for him when i have a issue but if he is not around i usually will wait until I can track him down. Management you have a star in your company God bless and thank you William Wright it's because of people like you that we are 20 years with Verizon♥

Every time I go to this store I have an amazing experience. These people are extremely great at what they do and I appreciate them for the hard work they do. I would like to mention 2 people that have gone above and beyond with their customer service, Elizabeth Parent and Madison Goda. Elizabeth fixed a multi month fraud issue that the Verizon help lines pushed off time and time again. She dealt with many call transfers until she got to the bottom of the issue and was faster at it I than my folks who are still grateful now. As for Madison, she gave me multiple different options to ensure I got what I needed, was an amazing person to be around, has amazing conversation skill, and even took the time to go through hypothetical prices depending on what I might purchase. Honestly there was never a dull moment in our interaction. With all of that said if you ever happen to be helped by these ladies be prepared for some of the best service I believe you can get. They have a good outlook on things and a relatability that you can’t pass, which just makes the experience great. Thank you guys so much for your help and keep on trying your best! ?

William was amazing! The screen on my phone had gone crazy and I went in to see if there was anything that could be done. I don't have the protection plan and was expecting the worst. He quickly realized that my screen was indeed going crazy, so he looked up when I got my phone and saw that it was still under warranty . William then took the time to call the warranty department and went through the troubleshooting process for basically a second time with them to confirm it was really a manufacturer defect. After all of that, he was still willing to answer all my questions. He made this whole process so much easier, and for that I thank him.
