My first time ever being here and it’s terrible. Doors are unlocked but no workers. Spent 20 minutes trying to find someone but no one seems to be here. Maybe asleep in their car? You get paid to work, not sleep. Been trying to get something for my throat and now it’s a lot worse because this store failed to have any employees inside. Not coming back here ever again. Y’all are lucky you haven’t been robbed yet. Police were called.

I picked the right gas station to accidentally lock myself out of my car at. The cashier was understanding, even let me use the phone charger behind the counter so I could call AAA. I was stranded here for 2 hours, but a kind stranger literally gave me his jacket so I wouldn’t freeze (I would’ve been fine but he insisted. Nice gentleman, if you are reading this: thank you, I’ll never forget your kindness). And they have by far the nicest gas station bathroom I’ve ever seen. THANK YOU SUDDEN SERVICE #50, especially redhead cashier for helping me in my time of need! May nothing but happiness come through your door!

One of your employees from the Oak Grove store #50 went above and beyond to help me get a flat tire changed. She helped gather people to help and didn’t give up until she found someone. She stood out in the cold with us while it was being changed. I wish I had gotten her name-(she was a young girl with long, curly hair). I want to say a huge thanks to her and the sweet people who actually changed the tire. I’ll definitely be buying my gas there now as I travel back and forth to work.

My family and I were traveling through Kentucky and decided to stop randomly at this “Glorious” Sudden Service. It was around 4pm and we had been driving for hours. We beelined to the restrooms which were amazing! Clean and very nice! We refilled beverages and placed an order to try the in house chicken. The chicken was hot and fresh and hit the spot. Ultimately the customer service was fantastic and the workers took great care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and having such professional and kind employees, great food and clean facilities! I wish I lived closer, I would definitely visit again!!!
