Would not let me reserve a parking spot without having a pilot card or a account. Manager lady got real nasty with me bc I told them I never need one before at any other Pilot.

Went in to get a shower the water would never heat up ice cold let run for 10 minutes this needs to be addressed I let the employee there know everything else no problems.

Typical pilot. Both paper towels dispensers in lady's room DON'T WORK. Half the flavors on soda dispenser DON'T WORK! Gave 2 extra stars because this pilot was cleaner than most. Could be 5 star if someone cared enough to fix things!

HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO SMOKE,AND ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DRINK OR SNACK TO EAT HANDICAP PARKING AND PLENTY FREE PARKING LOT PARKING HAS A TRUCK STOP .W/ DIESEL EVEN HAS SHOWERS PLENTY ROOM IN THE PUBLIC BATHROOM ALSO HAS A DENNY'S ALL NIGHT RESTAURANT ATTACHED TO IT FROM THE IN SIDE ( GREAT PLACE AND FIRST THINK OFF THE EXIT YOU'LL SEE TO .THEN YOU CAN JUMP BACK ON JUST AS EASY AS IT WAS TO GET OFF THE EXIT .( MUST EXPERIENCE IT)

So the power flickered earlier, they can't figure out hot to reboot the computers, so they locked the doors. No bathroom or shower.

Showers are currently $17.00, facility is clean with friendly staff. 3 stars for the expense of the showers.

Subway horrible customer service, lady making food has hair past waist , pretty but disgusting watching it drag across food bins, sandwiches , asked for toasted but in oven less than 5 seconds was not even warm.
