As a former vet tech for the past 11 years, it's very important for me to find a veterinarian that is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I have found this in oak grove animal hospital! I cannot recommend them enough!

Today sucked. Our cat was attacked by a dog and I rushed her to OGAH and they immediately jumped into action. They were kind, quick, and professional. Unfortunately, they couldn't save our girl but considering how awful the event was, for all of us, they made the experience as positive and sympathetic as possible. I genuinely don't see how it could have gone better considering the circumstances. I can't speak to how they handle general care, but in my hour of need they were super hero's.

The staff here was very respectful and caring when we brought our cat in. They went over and beyond to be pleasant in an unpleasant situation. They were kind about the limited options available for treatment but discussed in detail all the test results and why death would be the best option for our little family member. A quick 10 minute X-ray and blood lab showed liver disease and diabetes with a high white blood count for another unknown issue. The staff here brought him a blanket for comfort and provided a comfortable setting in his last minutes. Thank you staff.

If I could give this vet negative stars I would. This place is a sick joke. I never in my life have experienced a worse vet. We took 2 of our cats here to be spayed and they came home and a couple days later were sick coughing and had goop coming from their eyes! They caught something from this vet and spread it to our other cats we have. When I called they didn't seem very surprised or gave a s**** I have never taken our animals to a vet and had them get sick from the vet visit it's crazy to me. I've been trying to get ahold of the doctor with more questions because they're off of the antibiotics now and one of our cats still is getting goopy crap in his eye so I had some questions I've emailed and called asking that the doctor please call me and they haven't called. They're rude and careless here. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We've been stationed here around 3 years now and we've used oak grove since day one for our dogs! Dr Turner and Dr Bell have been amazing to both our dogs. Their staff is so friendly and helpful, and they really do care about the animals. Their prices are extremely fair. Example: my dogs were having aggression issues with each other, we decided with the advice of the vets to neuter them both. We had to separate them so I got one dog fixed here and the other is at my parents getting fixed. For oak grove to fix our one dog it was $276 for neuter, microchip and to update one of his vaccines. For my parents to neuter and microchip the other dog in MS it's nearly $500!! Insane. It's always been important to us to find a vet that we trusted and could rely on and oak grove animal hospital has been that and more, I can't recommend them enough! We're moving soon and I'm sad we'll be losing them as our vets.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They don't try and up sell anything you don't want/need. I have taken both my cat and dog here and they both enjoyed the services done! My dog got her rabies shot and they distracted her with peanut butter treats and she didn't even flinch!
