While many employees come from military families or contractor backgrounds and understand the lifestyle, it’s strictly a for-profit business.My overall experience was positive, and they helped me achieve my goal. The main takeaway for anyone considering them is to shop around for better rates before committing.
My loan officer was Amanda Dusenberry and she was great. She’s an excellent communicator, consistently available by phone and responded to my questions faster than other lenders, which built a strong sense of trust and confidence.
It's always wise to do your homework and shop around for the best rates. However, Amanda is proactive and will work to match competitor rates if you give her the opportunity.
I highly recommend her for her exceptional service.
Finally, I highly recommend asking for Jennifer Ross (Jen) to be your realtor. She was fantastic at bridging the communication gaps between all parties involved. While she has a more reserved personality, she is incredibly intelligent and will guide you through the home-buying process with ease. Great job, Jen, and thank you for all your help!
