1501 Fort Campbell Blvd, Clarksville“Last week I called Cricket for a price on two cell phones and I spoke with Alexa, who informed me that she was working at a different store that day. Based on the prices she quoted, I told her I would be there the following day, assuming that the prices would still be good at that location.After driving for an hour to get to the Cricket store I called, the employee who was there gave me much higher prices and he was not very friendly. I called the location where Alexa was working, and she not only honored the prices she gave me the day before, but she stayed after the store closed to help me with the set up of my new phone. She went above and beyond to offer superior customer service and she did not act as if she was inconvenieced at all. She deserves a raise or a promotion!”

“I had the best experience opening my new line with a rep named Stacy. She was very educated on the phn and service Boost provides. I was skeptical moving from Verizon but the amount of money I saved and knowing the service I will be getting made it worth my while. Def 10 out of 10 ask for Stacy though because I cant speak for anyone else there!”
“We had a problem with our airpods in replacing the tip because something was obstructing the tip from going onto the airpod. Took it to them and he fixed in a few minutes and didn't charge us. So friendly, quick service and very friendly. I would recommend this place for sure, he has a wide range of products he can fix, I saw TVs, PC, Phones, etc. all getting repair there.”

“I went in with the intention of upgrading my phone as it had been dropped a few times and was pretty beat up looking. The technician, Mr. Carlos Loya asked me if I was sure it was the phone and not just the protective film. We peeled back the film and sure enough the phone was fine. That man saved me several hundred dollars and didn’t blink and I losing a sale. His customer service was excellent.”
