Was told by customer service to go into the local store to get a SIM card that was missing when my new phone was shipped. I arrived at the store at 5:30 pm and no one was there. The lights were off and the door was locked. When I tried to call them no one, not even a recording came up to let me know why the store was closed 90 minutes early. I’m going to make one more trip to the store today and then I’m done with this company. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I received my phone. I called every single day to customer service requesting a SIM card and have spoken to almost every supervisor there and I still have no SIM card. I just went through open heart surgery but have had no way to call for help should I need it. I will NEVER recommend Metro by T-Mobile to my worst enemy!!

Check your product before you leave. I recently bought a phone with the package deal and got headphones also. I break open the box to test the headphones and they don't work so I return to the store. Mind you I'm within my 14 day return period but they refuse to exchange, their product they sold to me, because the box was open. Highly unprofessional!

Nece was wonderful!! I went through a terrible fraud ordeal with someone stealing my identity. She was the only between customer service on the phone and having to appear in person, that made me feel at ease. She needs a raise!!

T mobile as a company is a joke. 611 Customer service seems to work off a script and is no help. The answer to spotty service/a lack of is "it is a mobile service and coverage is not guaranteed everywhere." They should not be selling service where they cant effectively provide it.

Lanicia was a great help,but the guy that was working at the desk with her was both rude to Lanicia and us as the customer, and his accent was barely understandable. 5 stars for Lanicia!

Worst service ever... Trying to do a metro promise no cooperation they couldnt do a return yesterday not enough money I drawer then today there is a piece of paper on door says " be back in 30 mins or less."this lanicia girl goes inside locks the door is been more than 30 mins ... Customers are gathering outside door and she wont answer store phone

Gained popularity and the quality went down hill beyond fast. On my 3rd "upgrade" just gets worse and worse. Lol could have been a customer for life but.. Back to giving walmart the monopoly lol

Showed up today to pay my bill and it was closed when they were supposed to be open at 9 am. I have been having issues with my service as well. To the point where it says I have no service and I can't make calls or send texts. My bill is not due yet. I am pregnant and due any day now and my husband is in the service and I need to be as to have contact with him in case I go into labor. When choosing this phone service I was always pretty satisfied but for some reason this specific store I seem to always have issues with as well as the service with metro pcs. It's very unprofessional to not be open and to not have your service working when your paying for it. I'm very disappointed.
