Self checkout should be for items that dont need cashier assistance. I shouldn't have to wait in line for cigarettes while the cashier has to stop to get them for a customer at self checkout. I was cut in line by 3 people while 2 of us waited in the correct line

I'm always here at this Mapco since it's the closest gas station to my home. It's always clean and super nice people here. Just wish gas prices were cheaper here and everywhere else.

This review was posted to the wrong Mapco location, I am reposting it to the correct location. Also I will note that the service has improved greatly since the original review which I only gave 1 star.Stopped here (Oak Grove KY store) on 1/23/22. Didn't see anyone when I walked in. Made my selection s and went to the counter. Employee on duty was sitting on box behind the counter playing with his mobile phone. Never greeted me, never even took his eyes off his phone as I stood there and waited. Left my item on the counter and walked out. As I was entering my car, he finally noticed me and looked at me as I left. Went down the road to Pilot where service was much better.Not a good way to run a business, paying employees to be inattentive, sitting down and ignoring customers.

This is my go-to Mapco. The cashiers are friendly. The snack and drink selections are great. I love having the rewards card for gas and other promotions. The store is clean and organized. Really hoping the deli inside will open again soon. I loved the pulled pork sandwich and cookies!

Everyone is always nice and friendly. It's a great place to grab a monster or coffee while you get gas.

I usually get my gasoline here. Very easy access. No lines. A lot of gasoline pumps. Conveniently located by a car wash, fast food, restaurants, salon, and Walmart!
