The vacuum power is quite basic and lacks the strength needed for thorough cleaning. Despite my efforts to vacuum a significant amount, it was largely ineffective, leaving some debris behind. After opting for the $25 car wash, I still found debris in both the front and back of my car. While the majority of the car was cleaned, there were areas with dust that could easily be wiped off by hand. This experience was quite disappointing, especially given the positive reviews I had read. It seems the performance can be quite inconsistent.
On a positive note, the customer service was commendable, and the provision of towels and spray bottles for all-purpose cleaning enhanced the experience. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the facility. I noticed that one of the two hoses, which were interlinked, had a stronger suction, but it still did not meet expectations.
I am writing this review to bring these issues to the manager’s attention, with the hope that they can be addressed to enhance our experience and ensure we receive the value we paid for.

Xavier assisted me in aligning my car correctly for the car wash. He was so upbeat that he even told me about a premium vehicle wash package that I could buy. It wasn't until then that I was first informed about this fantastic chance. If I liked maintaining a clean automobile, it felt like a good fit. I was vacuuming a car after I had taken it to the car wash. I unintentionally locked my keys inside the running car when I did this. In addition, the outdoor temperature was well over ninety degrees Fahrenheit. My body was starting to feel hot, I was sweating a lot, and I was starting to feel sick. Jacob helped me go into the air conditioning, gave me some water, and remained by my side until my situation stabilized. When I was able to get in touch with a locksmith, Jacob helped me get to my car and stayed with me until it was opened, and I was secure. I am so grateful to Jacob for his exceptional expertise and tolerance throughout that period. I'm grateful, Jacob.

Can confirm the dryer doesn't work. Your car will be wet and covered in soap by the end of this 35 second car wash. Not worth the time or money.

This is the best car wash in the area! My car always looks amazing when I leave! The vacuums work really good too. And they gave me a free air freshner! The employees are always friendly! 10 out of 10! ?

I have a membership, and the xar wash hasnt been open for 2 weeks, no explanation just closed. Im definitely cancelling, and going where they will be open. I dont have money to throw away.

Literally every time I try to go here it’s closed but yet I’m paying for a 40 monthly membership what a scam. I check there times online it says open so I make plans to go out of my way to go here just for it to be closed !!!

The car wash is ok. The air blower at the end needs to be repositioned or more needs to be added it will leave a lot of water and soap on the car . I recommend adding air pressure for the vacuum side so people can blow debris out from under the seats and dust. Just needs a little upgrade . It’s ok I guess for being one of the few carwash in the area.

Closes a whole hour early without warning when people are clearly waiting to go inside. Pls note the weather was not bad.

Got hestcwash $25. Washed very well. Drying was just average. I used the free vacuum and they worked well. Recommended.

If you get the base wash you are barely going to get the dust off and nothing else. Didn't try the higher level washes and will never go back.

Great wash in my opinion. Good deal on monthly package. Vacuums have good suction and they have plenty of all purpose cleaner and window wash to use along with clean rags. Guy with the beard and glasses is nice. Definitely recommend

Came here one time looking just for the inside of my car vacuumed. The owner allowed me to their vacuum lot free of charge!I've been through the car wash a few times. Works as expected. Employees are awesome.
