Based on the prices she quoted, I told her I would be there the following day, assuming that the prices would still be good at that location.After driving for an hour to get to the Cricket store I called, the employee who was there gave me much higher prices and he was not very friendly. I called the location where Alexa was working, and she not only honored the prices she gave me the day before, but she stayed after the store closed to help me with the set up of my new phone. She went above and beyond to offer superior customer service and she did not act as if she was inconvenieced at all. She deserves a raise or a promotion!”
