All these things were decent about the place. My only issue was that during the last day of my stay there was that 2 cockroaches were visible on the nightstand and the desk.This i cannot abide by.Please call pest control and have a constant routine with their spraying and eliminate techniques.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that was so run down. Our bathroom door was literally falling apart, literally. We couldn’t even open it without fear that it would split in half. It had been taped in several places and then painted over. One of the drawers under the TV was taped shut with black electrical tape in four places. The drawer face on the night stand was hanging off. Water dripped heavily in the bathtub. The paint, oooffff!One positive. The sheets seemed clean - but did have what appeared to be a burn hole.

Had to go down to the desk really late and Melissa was so sweet and helpful. She smiled the entire time I was there. She made this a good experience for me.

Nice polite staff and the staff is very helpful on numerous situations. We stay here with the fine staff at Days Inn in Oak Grove, KY. Just about every weekend and we have not had any issues with Days Inn or the staff.

I was greeted by Raye at the front desk. She is super nice and even gave me some complimentary items. She really was amazing checking me in. The room is nice as well. No complaints.

Rooms need remodeled bad , also outlets for charging phones beside bed on both side not working, and shower so old mold stains in grout . But check in and price was great sugest putting at least 2 towels in each room though .

The hotel management and staff are excellent, always meeting or exceeding my expectations. I stay here regularly for business at Ft. Campbell and will continue to do so. This hotel is clean, quiet, and safe, with a polite, attentive staff who look after my needs without ever being intrusive. I am a frequent business traveler and only wish other hotels were as pleasant to stay at as Days Inn Oak Grove.Noteworthy details: Right outside Ft Campbell Gate 7, and close to restaurants and local stores without the traffic and congestion of Clarksville. Nice quiet and safe hotel, perfect for anyone visiting Ft Campbell.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. The only positive is that the hotel was close to family which is what we were looking for. Other than that completely gross. Before even checking in we pulled up to the front to see a group of people doing what looked to be drugs on the balcony just above the main office. Once inside we waited over 30 minutes for the front desk clerk to get out of the bathroom just to be able to check in. Got into the room just to find it heavily smelling like marijuana, dirty bedding, bugs all over the place. We ended up booking a room at another hotel because of how disgusting this one was. Will NEVER be booking with this hotel again!!!!

I have been staying at this motel whenever i come to visit my daughter over the last 11 years. Always clean always happy with the service. Raye, the front desk clerk, is awesome. Always friendly and does her best to please. I will not stay anywhere else.

Clean rooms. Seems to be newly renovated. Comfortable beds, affordable prices. McDonald's and convenience store next door. Fridge, microwave Coffee is in the lobby. To go breakfast snack items too.
