THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! best carwash I've ever gone to! All of the staff was just wonderful and the new manager I think his name was Bryan was just a delight to be around! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants their car to look brand new! I still can't believe how shiney and clean my car is!

I think that the place has changed ownership and it's just gone down. Customer service is awful and they don't either have enough towels or are just dirty, vacuums not working, airspray hoses not working.... I do not use the place much since I work from home and my car stays clean but for sure want to detail when needed. Last visit my car still had all the bugs we got from the trip out of KY and they had me go back out like it I was just coming in - no more passing through their little entrance for re-wash. Ridiculous! No pre-spray or anything anymore -geesh not even a smile... so I guess I will take my business somewhere else. I will save my $35/mo if I will be treated like a whatever customer.

Every time I’m here it’s never open even though online they say they are open always have a sign about how they are closed out front. It’s extremely unfortunate because the one on broadway is amazing and the staff couldn’t be better but I recently moved near this one in particular and the service is no where near close

I’ve tried to be patient with this location but I’ve had enough. They struggle to open on time, half the vacuums don’t work, and nobody ever seems to answer the phone. This company as a whole is struggling. Becoming a waste of money.

I say get rid of this car wash my back windshield wiper flew off and I didn’t realize until it started raining and I actually needed it. This is ridiculous, I want a refund for my car wash because not only am I infuriated by my windshield wiper being ripped off by the wash but it didn’t even clean my car.

I would not go to this car wash. It is over priced to begin with it. I selected their best car wash and it did an awful job of getting my vehicle cleaned. I essentially had to wipe it down myself. I then drove out and was going to vacuum and clean the inside. Probably about half of their vacuums and air hose didn’t work or did not have enough pressure. Then the cleaner they gave you is essentially water and the towels seem like they are towels they roll up and do not even run through the laundry. I mentioned this to the worker and he gave me a number of the customer service department for a refund. So far no one has answered that number. Stay away from this car wash, it is a waste of money.

Robbie was very helpful and was very professional. He even played rock, papers, scissors with my children as we entered the car wash. They asked if they could come back to the car wash. Thank you Robbie and great job man!

I was helped by a young man named Lawson. He was very helpful with my membership issues and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would very much recommend speaking to him. He was very very helpful!

Great car wash when it’s open. I have been by many times during normal business hours only to find that there are cones up and the wash is closed. Wish they didn’t close at random times during normal operating hours.
