They closed down the bank branch at krogers that was open to 6pm every Friday now they are only open to 5 and it's on the other side of town. They are always closing early anyways guess it's time to find another bank

I will absolutely be switching banks. This bank notoriously closes early on Fridays. The day that I need them, the day that I actually go to the bank to deposit my check. Guess I'm gonna be finding a new bank. That wants to keep my money. Maybe my new bank won't hold my payroll Check for 24 hours and sometimes 72 hours before I have access to it. Sad too because my employer just offered direct deposit and I'll be updating my info with new bank information. I am sure any other bank would be happy to make money off my money.It was 5:02 when I pulled up Today they literally started pulling the shades down as I was pulling into the drive thru. Website says 6 o'clock is the closing time for drive thru on Fridays. When I called to get info and leave a message the voice recirding said 6 o'clock. I'm so done with this freaking bank. OHIO WESBANCO WAS ON POINT! THIS NICHOLASVILLE BRANCH SUCKS!

Wesbanco is absolutely terrible! I've been on hold for over an hour now, trying to access my online banking. Final after 45 minutes, someone answered and then hung up! Pisspoor customer service, online banking and all around customer service! Yall should really invest some of that money into taking care of your customers, before they find a bank that will! I'd love to be contacted by a higher up in management regarding this situation and lack of customer service!Shannan Williams
