We had very helpful employees at this store on the fall. My daughter's phone SIM card was nor working. It would not make calls or send or receive text messages. They spend over a half hour trying yo replace her SIM card and figure out if it could be fixed. We replaced her phone that day and the employee transferred all of her data and activated the phone for her. They tried to talk us into upgrading all 3 of our phones but listened when we said no. They gave us a written estimate which was helpful in making a choice and being sure how much the phone and service would cost. My daughter is in college in Kentucky so it is nice to have a close store if any phone issues occur.

We needed to urgently add a new line to our plan today, and at 8:50PM I called the store and asked if they could assist us if we arrived at 8:59.
The representative stated that “if you arrive at 8:59, then yes we’d be able to assist”.
We arrived at 8:59 and both representatives were already getting into their vehicles. When I attempted to ask them why they couldn’t wait when they said they would, they completely ignored us, proceeded to get in their vehicles, and left. Why say that you will wait, when you obviously had absolutely no intention of doing so???

I came into the store today with alot of anxiety about a possible virus on my phone. The employee who helped me was wonderful. A virus was detected and he solved the problem. He explained to me what had happened and got it fixed and set me up with some virus protection on my phone. I felt so relieved. Wonderful service from this person.

I came in to the store with my phone not working. The customer service representative took the time to get my phone fixed and set it up with just the main apps I needed.

I accidentally left my phone out in the rain and it got destroyed. I came here and had the BEST experience I've had with a cell phone store in over 22 years. They were able to recover my information, and I could tell that they were really watching out for me. It's not all about the sale, it's about how you treat and keep your customers and I was very impressed with this place

I had a massive issue on my account, and called this store this morning. Not even corporate would help us, but the young man who answered the phone invited us in to take a look and see if he could fix the problems we had. He stayed hours after his shift to sort things out for us after hours spent on the phone with customer service. He was kind, patient and full of integrity beyond anything I've ever expected or seen. We're taking him hone now and he's going to be our new grandson. I can't say enough, wonderful. HE NEEDS A RAISE.

The rep I dealt with today was very polite and informative. He also was a great help in upgrading the phone service. His efforts in handling billing issues was wonderful!! I was able to get everything situated and upgraded swiftly.

I originally came to this store because my phone wouldn't allow my son to call through to my phone, I'd seen six different agents at stores and the person that helped me out today was able to look through and fix the issue quickly. Turns out route to voicemail had been turned on by accident!

Since I am computer challenged, I was greeted very nicely with a knowledgeable employee of Verizon, in store. He explained what new phone would be, approximate charges to be expected, great explanations on my many questions. Transfer from old phone to new phone was seamless. This gentleman presented himself well in ever way. All around great employee.

Camera was not working on my phone took it to Verizon wireless in nicholasville the Verizon sales representative was very helpful in get my camera to work by resetting my settings and updating software

Upgraded to the new S24 ultra. Excellent experience switching over and had a great promo. My agents did a great job explaining all of the functions of my new phone.
