My son has been waiting for his tax refund check since February, he never received it. Called state today and said it was mailed March 5th, but was sent back to them by mail carrier saying he did not live at this address! We are very upset with this new carrier. We constantly receive someone else's mail and no telling where half of ours has gone. Will be filing a complaint at the office tomorrow.

Mail carriers are incapable of properly performing their job requirements. My mailbox is often left open, as they are too lazy to shut the door. Along with their lack of comprehension to the package delivery instructions. And, let's not forget, their "ace venture" style placement, as they chuck it from the middle of yard. When the option for UPS is available, I will always choose them, as USPS and many other delivery services lack any type of care or customer service.USPS, you should really try harder. Effort is not harmful!

Owner Calling a customer and telling them to take down a negative review or they can be sued is exactly why I'm writing this review. However the female employee who chatted with me has outstanding customer service.
