They won’t answer my phone call. I hear them pick up the phone and the talking going on inside the store, but they immediately hang up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I always have a good experience at this location! The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and they have went out of their way to help me get my packages sent and Amazon returns taken care of.
I would specifically like to spotlight Ellie and Kenzie, they have helped me numerous times and always have the answer to questions I have.
And the store is always clean!

When you walk into the self service area, there’s no way to print yourself. They require you email the document.
Then charge a 2 dollar fee for printing the document instead. Scam

Not impressed with their CS. They did many mistakes and I just asked simple questions. Also not very polite.What was as well baffling: I needed stamps for an envelope which they rang up with $3.12 but the print out sticker stamp i received stated only $1.87. They didn't know either why that was the case but said "it should be ok".?
