Purchased a new SUV in 2024. Easy and hassle free experience. Service department is extremely accommodating. I live over 1.5 hours away from the dealership. I call ahead and each time I'm able to use a loaner for a few days while my SUV is being serviced.

They gave me a Keyfob that had a weak battery so that I could not lock/unlock the car. I am very disgusted. Also I had a small rip in the driver seat. Don’t buy from them unless it’s a new car

I had a wonderful experience at Toyota on Nicholasville! I had my eye on a beautiful Lexus nx300 and received help from both Natalie and Svetlana. Svetlana went through the whole selling process with me with such ease and patience. Also, huge thank you to Michael Browning in finance who was able to get me an AMAZING rate as a first time buyer, and help me find a warranty I was comfortable with. The staff were courteous and very understanding and patient with me as I worked through the process of deciding to buy. They were very willing to work with me on the price, finding ways to bring the cost of the vehicle down to what I considered reasonable while being fair to the dealer as well.
