I never make bad reviews because I try to see the positive in everything. Unbelievable! Would give less than 1 * if I could. This was a review of my taxes, had them over 3 months, every time I called, they said it will be ready at the end of the week, NO updates ever, said they filed an extension and did NOT. VERY unhappy, unprofessional, and just ridiculous. So now we have penalties/fee's that we didn't even need to get. Please don't use them, not reliable, professional. Question their ability to do the job of tax preparation at all. Go to someone else, anyone else.

Zero stars is not an option. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. After 4 months of being told that they were working on my taxes, I had yet to receive a SINGLE phone call. I went in to the office 7 different times between February and JUNE. Finally got my paperwork back last week and contacted the treasury myself, only to discover that I was lied to for months. She's didn’t send anything at all on my behalf, even though she told me over and over that she had done so. I’m beyond frustrated and will be sure to tell everyone to avoid TJ Tax Service at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a gentleman for 10 am. A week ago. I show up at 9:15am, early, and Wait until 10, just to be informed I have no appointment scheduled. Which is incorrect. (Hopefully you all record your calls.) then I am asked if I want to come back at 11:30? Umm absolutely not. This is no way to do business, extremely unprofessional. Just to show that I did call. On may 1st and have a 4 minute conversation. It wasn’t the wrong place, I attached a photo. I do not recommend!

Absolutely Horrible Service!!!!Was told wrong from the jumpCalled and talk the issue would be fix and never got fix, called several times and left name and number and never got a call back! I truly don’t understand the lack of customer service from them and lack of knowledge I’m truly puzzled!!!!!

TJ Tax service is outstanding, I have been using their services since the late 1970’s and have been very pleased with their service. They are efficient and very knowledgeable. The staff are very pleasant and nice to work with.

I have been going through TJ Tax for a while. Every year, I have tons of questions and TJ is there to help! She makes filing taxes easy and convenient. Not to mention everyone in the office is incredibly sweet! I cant wait to drop off this years info again! 😊
