My wife and I purchased our second vehicle yesterday from Tates Creek Motors. We had fantastic experiences with both purchases. Constantine helped us the first time and worked with us on payments. It was the easiest car purchase we’ve ever made. Yesterday we were helped by Simon and he made the purchase a breeze. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and he made us feel like old friends throughout the process. Both of these gentlemen are top notch people. I am shocked by the bad reviews. However, after reading the negative reviews, I have to say that it does in fact take some intelligence to work with these guys. You have to have enough smarts about you to understand you do have to make the payments, you have to make said payments on time, and you must please understand these are used vehicles. These guys are not your typical used car salesman (puke!). They actually care about their customers and want them to return. Overall, they make it a fun, weird, and satisfying car buying experience. Give these dudes a chance!

This place is great!!!!♥️♥️. If you don't have great credit and need a car, come here they will help you. They are fair and helpful. They didn't cut my head, they put me in a car perfectly fit for me seems like. I'll be buying with these guys for many years to come!! And I tell all my friends to come here to get their car or truck. It's worth the drive

I've bought my last 3 vehicles here and Constantine has been great to me I couldn't ask for a better guy to buy from.ive never missed a payment and is will to work with you if you have trouble out of a vehicle or if you're a little low on your down payment he will work something out for you..this place has been good to me and I will get my next vehicle from him again. I bought a Chevy Malibu from this place and I was excited about it and I drove it off the lot after doing all the paperwork only to get a mile down the road and the transmission was bad. So I immediately took it back and this guy apologized and was professional enough to put me in another vehicle. Not many buy here/pay here lots will do this so I respect this man and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car and wants to be treated fairly, then this is the place! I pay my car payment loyally for this reason and he is very cool about any questions or concerns I have had. He’s a great guy that’s very respectful and seems very professional in my opinion. Tates Creek Motors is my choice if you’re looking for a good car dealership!
