Sales and service are top notch here at sutherland. We bought our truck new 3 years ago and realized I didn't leave a review. Mark is an awesome and honest salesman always stops and talks a bit when we need oil change or whatever. Service always works you in their busy schedule. Definitely a life long customer here.

They always fix my tuck I've had bad experiences at others pluse they have to flash most everything now day but at least if they miss something they fix it free always been great to me

I picked my car up today. First class service experience with Chris and Mark both. The convertible top mechanism was not acting right and they undertook a Serious repair job on my 2024 Z06 to say the very least. These guys are pros and after this experience I don’t think I’ll trust anyone else to touch this car. Thanks again Mark and Chris

DO NOT COME HERE! My husband and I came in looking for a good gas saving vehicle in February of 2023. Tyler Marshall was our salesperson and brought us a 2015 Ford Focus. We test drove the car and everything was good. A couple of months after purchasing the car (which was way overpriced), the check engine light came on in the vehicle. Thankfully, it was just an evaporation code for the gas cap, which they fixed. However, when we were trying to get this problem resolved, the dealership gave me trouble several times, they weren't diagnosing the car or giving us any answers. It took them several days to even diagnose the problem. They also did not give us a rental car until we had to call them several times because we didn't have a vehicle. They finally gave us a rental car which was dirty and nasty. My husband took the rental to work and within an hour of leaving the lot, the sales guy called back and asked him to bring the car back, which at this point was not a possibility. They offered to come and switch it out and unfortunately, this was just not an option. They told my husband that the customer had come back and wanted his car back, so they hadn't even examined the vehicle for potential problems or cleaned it! My husband went back and was able to switch out the car with another one, which was also dirty and nasty. Thankfully, we finally got our car back and the check engine light came back on a couple of days later, so once again, we took it back and we had the same issues of not having any answers, promised phone calls back that were never received. Once we got our car back the 2nd time, the light never came back on, thankfully. Fast forward to now, we took the car to another dealership to trade in this vehicle. Unfortunately, we were told that the car has a transmission problem. So, when the car shifts into 1st gear at acceleration, it shudders, it has done this since day 1 and we did not realize it was a transmission problem, it's a small car with a small engine, so we thought that was all there was to it. As we continued driving the car, the shudder got worse. I called the dealership yesterday to try and figure out if we have a warranty on the vehicle. They are saying that their computer system is down, and they cannot look up any of my information. The front desk agent transferred me to another department to try and pull our paper file to find out the information about the warranty. Unfortunately, in the paperwork that they sent with us after purchasing the vehicle only had the 1st page out of 15 from the warranty contract. Due to their computer system being down, I did a deep dive into the warranty program and realized that they had an app. The car dealership messed up my email address, so I couldn’t login on to the app. I left a voicemail and thankfully got a call back this morning with a copy of my contract to try and get this fixed. The representative from the warranty place said that we had to get the car examined and diagnosed to file a claim and upon reading the contract, it is preferrable that the car is to be taken back to the dealership in which it was purchased. So, here we are again, I called the dealership to ask about trying to get a diagnostic and I was transferred to the service department. The guy from the service department told me that due to it being a Ford with a transmission problem, I needed to take it somewhere else because his guys wouldn't be able to work on a transmission due to a lack of knowledge. I told him that was obvious because they didn't seem to figure out the transmission problems the 3 times that they had my vehicle. Frustrated is an understatement to say the least. So, at this point, I have left messages a couple of times and once again received false promises of a call back. I will NOT be brining my business back here along with anyone else that I know.

I've bought dozens of chevrolet's in my life and this was by far the best experience. I live almost 5 hours away and everything was done with ease through email, phone, and text. They were veary easy going and laid back.

I called and explained that I had an anti theft on and that I was going on vacation in 2 days and Chris was extremely helpful said that I could bring my truck in at 1 the same day. The vehicle I wanted didn’t work out for me but this dealership is honest - not the typical ‘lot lizards’ at all. They didn’t try to pressure me into another vehicle or into a payment I couldn’t afford. I’m not a Chevrolet person, but I’ll recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you so much Kevin B.!!
