Nice people but they just don’t seem to be equipped to do business. I’m disappointed. I was hoping this relationship would solve my propane issues but sadly it didn’t. Had to go back to my old supplier. Waited four months to upgrade my service, just to find out they couldn’t do it. Now I’m waiting five weeks and counting just to pick up my tank.

I have used the company for the last two years. They have been responsive and always filled my tank within 8-10 days of calling. The local office staff has been helpful too!

The week of Christmas and just a few days before weather in the single digits, and after paying $100 to an HVAC guy, we find out our propane tank had been capped due to late payment. My husband had gotten a different number and slipped our minds, BUT we were never reached through email about this, while receiving happy holidays emails and no one knocked on our door to let us know this was happening on our property. Yes it’s technically our fault, but my husband was laid off at his job unexpectedly and started a new job just 2 weeks before I had an unexpected emergency surgery, which was 2 weeks ago. Not to mention we have an 11 month old son also. I’m unexpectedly off work for at least 2 months and yes, bills have been piling up and my husband has been super stressed being the only one with income right before Christmas. And to top it off we now don’t have heat and have to relocate to a hotel and I can barely walk and unable to lift or bend. I’m in the process of complaining to someone, conveniently they left for the day after telling the girl who answered the phone I wanted to complain. This company is heartless and does the bare minimum and I just hope to make them a little less heartless especially around the holidays. Hopefully I can save another family from getting treated like this during winter. This won’t be my last review either

Misrepresentation of price provided as quote before work was completed. Charged double after work was done.

They only fill when they feel like it. They overcharge and the local office treats you like you know nothing. The driver never leaves the delivery ticket on the door handle like he's supposed to but throws it in the yard. They get you hooked on initial buy and then it's impossible to switch because they own the tank (which they charge rental for but NEVER paint or keep looking decent) and there is a huge charge for removing existing fuel before moving the tank. It's racket at least twice the cost of natural gas in the same area - unfortunately natural gas lines have not been laid in this semi-rural area. This year's Suburban prebuy program (supposed to be the most cost effective option) is 239% of what is forecasted for LPG propane wholesale prices for winter of 20-21.
