If I could give 0 stars I would. We got a storage unit in Tn through Storage Rentals of America a year and a half prior to this and our unit got broken into along with a bunch of others. We tried to contact the office for weeks to finally get a hold of cooperate who hung up on me. We moved our things out immediately. Hoping this was just the facility itself, we moved to Ky and tried this Storage Rentals of America. This one was worse. Even tho our payments were up to date we were suspended from getting into our unit. Nobody was ever in office to talk to and we since moved 3 hours from our unit. After making 4-5 trips to get our things we get an email stating it’s being Auctioned and we owed over $400. After 3 days of having that email our account was closed and we no longer have any of our things. Don’t waste your time and money here bc they’ll screw you over any way possible!

Zero stars. I was charged $1500 per hour for manual labor. Let me explain. Absolutely terrible experience. I moved into a 10x15 unit, with a Lock they provided, and after having to make right angle turns down tiny hallways, which approximate the width of the dolly and nothing more, I had a lightbulb tube barely hanging off the edge of my dolly and it caught the corner and snapped. I scooped up most of the glass, locked my unit, realized i had left one box that had a strap around it so it was an inch in width only, I couldn’t get the lock off, and placed the box beside the door. I get an email they are charging me $50 for a cleaning fee due to 2 minutes, at most, of work to sweep the few tiny glass pieces remaining due to the extremely tight hallways. $50 fee for 2 minutes of work, it’s the most unbelievably ridiculous fee in the history of all ridiculous fees.

This could have been a low rating review but ultimately everything got resolved and we’re happy with how it turned out.Via the call center we reserved a climate-controlled unit and a drive-up unit at the Imperial Way facility in Nicholasville KY which locked the price for 7 days. We called back on day 2 to book the units and were able to book the climate-controlled unit at the held price but the call center person told us the drive-up unit reservation could not be found and the price had risen by 10%. We were told to call the facility’s property manager the next morning (day 3) which we did but we kept getting bounced around the call center. And by then the available price was 20% higher than the original quote. After 6 calls with the call center that day we finally got in touch with Alex, our original call taker from day 1, who then got Nicole, the property manager of the nearby Brannon Rd facility because the Imperial Way PM was not avail, to very quickly call me back and Nicole got everything straightened out.Thank you Alex (call center) and Nicole (PM of Brannon Way KY)!!

SROA is a wonderful company to work with. When I need assistance, Nicole in Nicholasville is always happy to help. I have nothing but amazing things to share about her. She goes above and beyond every single time. Add that to the fact that this location is clean, safe, new and I find other renters are kind and courteous. You can't go wrong renting here!

Need a place to store items of any shape or size you need to go see Nicole Pordia at Storage Rentals of America on Brannon Road in Nicholasville Ky! She has been so helpful during a very stressful time - we bought and sold a house in less than two weeks and were stressing where to put things between moves. I walked into Nicole’s office and she explained how everything works and had us into the perfect storage unit for our needs within just a few minutes and has been there to answer questions all along the way…..can’t thank her enough for all her help! Their storage units are very nice and are easy to access!!!
