Very easy process to rent online and my lightbulb issue was addressed and resovled very quickly, unit was very clean, I would highly recommend in looking for climate controlled storage needs

I have to say I was absolutely impressed with my move in experience at Storage Rentals of America. The site manager Nicole at Nicholasville, Kentucky location was very informative, helpful and cheerful. My unit was super clean, lock and pest control included. The promotions and monthly rates are very reasonable, I would highly recommend giving them a try for your storage needs.

Lisa & Nicole are so friendly. They explained everything in great detail and very understandable when we rented a spot for our camper. They did a great job and were very appreciative. I believe our camper is in a safe secure location thank you Lisa and Nicole.

Lisa took care of us so fast!!!! I was told by the national call center that I would have to go to the site to set up the rental. I am 6 hour away and would have had to send on of my technicians in the area to set up the account. Lisa answered the phone right away and we completed the rental agreement in just a few minutes!!!!

Very easy to reserve. The only drawback is you can’t make a reservation more than seven (7) days prior to your move in date unless you start your rent on the day you call to reserve. By having this close of a reservation window, your request might not be available when you need it.
Nicole is great to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experience.. Friendly staff and clean units.. So cold inside the climate controlled area you need a jacket.! Lol
