I have been a customer of star nails for almost 20 years. I have always been pleased with their work and treated cordially. Over the years, I have witnessed the sanitizing of the tools used during each nail session. Lee, Molly, and her Son as well as Wendy are always nice to my family and I. 2 stars is too much . . They were the rudest! She didn't really want to replace my nails, she didn't want to do designs. When asked, she didn't do eyebrows and she didn't do eyelash extensions but she wanted that money before her work was finished? . . NEVER AGAIN! Your rate is tomatoes! BOOOOOOOO!!Service: Manicure

I had a good experience, thoughI feel like they may be a bit behind the times. I asked for acrylics and they were just going to paint my nails with regular polish. I chose to do gels instead due to that.

Just moved to the area And was looking for a nail place. First time for a pedicure here. Too gentle , it felt like a 3 year old was doing it. Lasted 15-20 minutes And Didn't even do a fourth of the stuff normally given during pedicure. Wouldn't recommend nor will I being back!! Horrible !

I've come here for 2 years and am actually shocked at these terrible reviews. I've never had but great experiences here especially with Molly. She's very particular with her work and is a perfectionist which is what I want in a nail tech. Great prices as well.

I had a few nails replaced and a fill in. I didn't have an appt. And it was almost closing time.., but I was going to my mom's funeral the next day. He done then and was glad to. Nice people. Great place.

I tried to call to see if they did designs but the man that answered was very rude. As soon as he answered I told him I was looking to get my nails done this weekend but I had a question. His response was "Ok hurry up". I have been in customer service my entire life and I would never say something like that to a customer as it's very disrespectful. It's a shame because I had planned on looking into all of their services.
