Dr. Russell is the nicest but very old fashion. He’s reasonably priced but very unprofessional because of his age. I got my dog fixed there and vaccines done, it’s been 2 months and I was told they would mail me proof of vaccination and I have had to fight tooth and nail to get proof. I still don’t have it!

cant get through to the vet when you call his number, he has a call blocker when you call his number, also he doesnt have a set schedule (like as if from 9 Am to 5PM) it's really useless to go see this guy, i dont care that he's 90 something years old.

honestly you cant get a hold of them to schedule anything like a surgery appointment, i understand that they're "old" but they should have told me that theyre retiring since theyre so old they cant work anymore along with saying that they cant do a teeth pulling surgery either when i was there last time to get my cat antibiotics and a shot cause he has stomatitis. everytime i call them, the phone goes to a call blocker saying that my number is screened and will not be accepted. plus they dont have a set schedule either. so it's really complicated and difficult to get a hold of them.

Dr. and Mrs. Russell is in this profession for the animals. They truly care and want what is best for each animal that comes through their door. They are very reasonable in pricing, and you can tell its for the love of the animals they take care of. I recommend them to everyone I know.

The couple is an older couple. Very old school but I am very satisfied with him an his work. His wife is the sweetest.

I took my cat Tuesday to get fixed , and then got called the next day saying that the surgery took longer then expected and she passed away. Would not recommend.

If you’re desperate for cheap vet care, come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. The professionalism of this place is a negative 10. Often don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. They are nice folks but need to retire.

Dr. Russell is the kindest soul! Very very old fashion so be patient with him. He does vaccinations and spay/neuter at a discounted cost. They do keep their animals overnight when they conduct a spay and neuter, which is so professional, and so helpful! Really recommend them for your basic vet needs, but you do just need to be patient.

Not sure what to say about this place other than it's more like home then there's a place of business the older man older woman my own and run the company which really is not a company it's just a family love for the animals these two have to be the best animal caretaker around they have they have nothing but good things to say and happiness to share especially in their older age she's 92 and he's 91 and they still work at it everyday. I've heard a lot of things about this man over the year and a bit of it's been true he really is God sent especially for the animals.
