Reasonable and Willing to Listen
I am representing a carrier who was sanctioned by this broker for cancelling a load after accepting the tender. The carrier has lived with the sanction for quite some time (5 years) before hiring me to seek absolution. The broker was willing to listen to our case to consider removing the sanction as the carrier has not been sanctioned again since. Too many brokers would hold a sanction in place literally forever, but Shram is willing to reconsider. Respect!

They won't take us off their spam list despite multiple requests and a very clear email that we are not remotely interested in their service. That should tell you everything you need to know about the type of business they run.
Edit: they're still emailing - "Smith Maher" doesn't seem to understand.

In general polite dispatch team.
Stars refused due to the following:
1) Booking a load on DTA through link just complimented (entering pick up and delivery city needs to be removed etc to make it faster).
2) 90% of time their reefer loads on board looks like something: Pick in Nashville TN, drop in Jacksonville FL. However in fact load has a quick additional stop in Los Angeles CA.

Long story short, Booked a load with Tim kyrylenko at scam logistics. Confirmed date and time with signed rate con. Next day we received an email that the load was canceled. Same load posted on the dat board at a cheaper rate. Immediately called the shipper to confirm the load was cancelled. The load was not cancelled set for the same date and time. Called and emailed scam logistics to be ignored. Don't book with these clowns they’re a bunch of crooks. Brokers like this has no business in the transportation industry.

They call my work several times a week and ask for my logistics department or shipping manager. I tell them several times a week I don't have a shipping manager or a logistics department. So they ask me for an e mail. I tell them if there isn't a department there isn't an e mail to give. I don't understand why this is so confusing and why they keep calling.

Broker who calls constantly just to check up on you. They do not respect carriers and will not hesitate to deduct from your paycheck any penalty invented by them. Do not work with these people. There are more serious brokers in the industry.

So the question is is this a legit logistic company because I have email and because I have called no response no emails returned but they keep posting Loads but won’t let you book them, So my question is this a real Logistics company or is it a scam?
