Love this place. We take our very old poodle, young terrier and young cat. They do an excellent job with all of them! The Short Cuts ladies love animals and it shows. Highly recommend.

When I called to ask the price of a nail trim they told me $6 but they ended up charging me $14! When I called to ask why they charged me so much the lady on the phone, Kelly, became very hostile and defensive. She said that they had to have 2 people so it was $11 and there’s a $3 charge for using card. None of which was disclosed before they charged me! She was making rude remarks of how my dog was being aggressive (I was sitting there watching and my dog wasn’t being aggressive.) My dog has had her nails trimmed at different places and never had any aggression. In fact they said she was very good for them! These people at short cut groomers are short tempered and do not know how to handle dogs with different personalities. My dog doesn’t like having her paws touched but she will tolerate it IF you aren’t putting her in a head lock, hitting her, and screaming at her! I will never go back there! I wasn’t expecting to get my money back but they could have at least apologize for the way they treated my dog and for charging me more without telling me.
