“Was recommended fleet feet by a friend from work and decided to try them out for the fit ID service they offer. I believe the women who helped me out was named Barbara, she was extremely nice and very helpful. She did my scan, asked me some questions about what previous shoes I’ve tried, and then brought out some options for me. I tried them all on and the second one was a perfect fit for what I needed, I’ve been wearing them for about a week and they’ve been great so far. I was in and out in about 20 minutes but didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a new pair of shoes and have already been recommending the store to my friends.”
“It took me a while to find this place after our move here, so glad I did. They were a game changer when it came to my footwear. I'd been guided to Hoka's for my sad feet, but the staff here really focused me beyond the color schemes. There are various features of each shoe that can make/break your experience, they can help you evaluate the right model...don't buy Hoka's based on the color...buy them to fit your foot issues. Nice place to get climbing and camping gear too, very helpful in finding climbing shoes for my elementary school son.”

“I came in over the weekend and had a great experience. Within a minute or two of walking in, I had been measured for fit and the staff went out of their way to show me around. I ended up buying more than what I walked in for, but it was all stuff that I needed and just didn't expect to find. I wish I could remember the salesperson's name (associate #98058 on my receipt) that assisted me. He was outstanding and I'll definitely be back to visit any time I'm on that end of town.”

“I am getting married soon and visited Geno’s to buy a suit for the wedding. Additionally, four of the men in my future wife’s family and my brother wanted to buy a new suit to match, so I have made lots of trips to Geno’s in the last month. The service was outstanding each time I walked in the door. Each trip after the first, I was greeted by name and helped almost immediately upon entering the business. Buying suits for everyone was incredibly easy, and we all felt that we were a valued customer. Also, there was a certain pink tie that my fiancé and I picked out for all the men in our families to wear. The guys at Geno’s went out of their way to order the total number that we needed and have them shipped to the Richmond Rd location which was very convenient for us. It is a pleasure to support local business here in Lexington, and I will definitely be back to Geno’s in the future.”

“Great deals on shoes. Wide selection of all sporting gear and equipment. They didn't have many guns in stock this time. But had a good selection of reloading equipment. Primers are in the glass case where the hand guns are located. Nice selection of ammo. All your outdoor needs in one spot! Please like and follow.”
“That's just Shoe Carnival for parents because you buy one pair you get a pair of half off that is really helpful when you have kids also this is a great place for work shoes I'm not really a fan of their selection of Nike for women but I think they have decent boots for women and men”

“Just wanted to share my experience tonight at the Richmond road location . The aa young lady on shift tonight was every bit of AMAZING. Not only did she do everything we asked the young guy was just the same. The experience was ruined when a family of 6 came in. The parents were definitely raciest. The family that came in was just so rude to them. They had them getting every shoe they put their hands on , left shoes out for the workers to clean up trash etc. yes it is their job but come on people. The experience was horrible and nasty! With that it was because of this family. They talked bad to both employees and their kids did as well I’m a mother an I was sick to my stomach the way the parents let the kids act. Me an my children appreciate the way the young lady a young guy handled the situation. Of course they screamed CORPORATE . I for one have never sent anything like it. I’m GLAD I was there to witness this situation. Other than that our back to school shopping was awesome ! Will most definitely be praying for that family. An thanks Hibbett Richmond road”
