“Reasonable and Willing to Listen
I am representing a carrier who was sanctioned by this broker for cancelling a load after accepting the tender. The carrier has lived with the sanction for quite some time (5 years) before hiring me to seek absolution. The broker was willing to listen to our case to consider removing the sanction as the carrier has not been sanctioned again since. Too many brokers would hold a sanction in place literally forever, but Shram is willing to reconsider. Respect!”
