We've had our camper here for two years. Whoever does the billing never calls you back, no one ever picks up the phone at the location and the # on the bill you receive in the mail isn't correct. I've been trying to set up auto pay, have drove to the location (no one is there to talk to) and there's no email. Posting this review to see if I can actually get a person to contact me. Last resort.

I booked my storage with a 3rd party company and my heart sank when I got a call the next day because I thought for sure they were going to tell me they didn't actually have an opening for my camper, as had been the case in the past. Instead they were calling to welcome me and give me all of the information I needed to move in that day! Management was amazing to work with, I got all of my documents sent over, and we moved in after work that evening. Such a simple process versus my experience with other storage companies. Thank you for helping us and making our move painless!
