I have had no issues with the facility or the employees. Our only issue was the 30% price increase for no reason. The initial price we were paying was still being advertised on the website. No explanation on why there was an increase. I spoke with the employees and they stated the rates are determined by corporate. We had to downsize our unit. I can only hope they don’t increase them again.
12/06/2021 Update: Called the number and left a message, however I have not received a return call.
09/16/2024 Update: Still no return call.

Prime Storage on Industry Pkwy is fantastic! I've been a customer for three years, and they make everything so simple and straight forward. I especially want to give a shoutout to Sara—she's been amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge about Prime Storage’s terms and services has been a lifesaver for me as a college student trying to navigate the best options while saving money. Sara helped me find the perfect unit and payment plan that fit my needs perfectly. I’m so grateful for her assistance and the great service from Prime Storage!

Horrible when life happens and you hit a road bump and I called and spoke with many people...the only option I was givin was to pay In full even when i stressed that i could not do that i could only pay what I had a partial payment .leading up to loosing everything I owned in storage my children's pictures, my baby pictures...everything

I moved out few days prior my moving out date and notified the employee about it, still go charged, because I didn’t notify them in advance about moving out. No one mentioned that to me when I was signing contract, apparently it’s somewhere in contract, so read the terms in conditions in little letters, if you don’t want to pay extra

I have mixed feelings regarding my short time storing items here. The people in the local office were wonderful, very personable and helpful. The facility itself was fine, appeared to be secure, but on one occasion my daughter was approached by a couple of individuals asking about drugs and offering to sell her a gun, so that was not kosher! Luckily her boyfriend was there so she wasnt alone. The final straw for me leaving was the $48 per month rate increase after 3 Months! While I understand large companies do blanket rate increases, when i inquired, they were willing to drop it by half, which after only 3 months was still unacceptable. So, people great, security eh?, but corporate relations not great! ?

Absolutely horrible business. There ridiculous to get a hold of. You dial the office but yet get redirected to there call center that can't assist you with anything more than a simple message a message I could have and would have rather left myself. I tried to purchase a unit Wednesday, told my card was confirmed and I would receive an email shortly. Never received one email was wrong and payment was never processed by Thursday evening was able to sort out the mess and purchase a unit but at the wrong location. So Friday after moving all day and trying to enter a gate I was denyed. After making several attempts to call there office to relocate. I was sent to the call center who simply left them a message and that I needed a call back asap two days go by no call, no answer from anyone who could make a difference or decision and Monday after numerous attempts was told I couldn't cancel or receive a refund due to it being over there 24hour agreement. What a waste of money. Single mom hard worker throwing away hard earned money.

I have been storing our seasonal overflow items with the Prime Storage location at 112 Industry Drive for the last 3.5 years. Very happy and satisfied with the facility and excellent customer service help from Sarah.Just renewed for another 8 months to December 2024
