Have used ORS for years. Transactions have always been smooth and prices as quoted. Have even asked if they would install parts headlights, handles and the like which I supplied and they have quoted a price, scheduled an install and followed thru. I have checked around for quotes and ORS has afforded the best pricing. You may hear gripping from different folks but I have NONE. And as with any good business, loyal customers tend to get the sense that they get special consideration. Walk in the office, take a look around, look at all of the photos of specialty cars David has fashioned and taken to Vegas. Pretty impressive.

Hands down the best body shop around. They are super nice and genuinely nice people there. They do everything they can to help the customer out! They Have a really good name and reputation for hot rods haha! It was a extremely easy choice for me to let them be the one's to work on my GTO! Hopefully I never need them again but if so I will not take my vehicle's any where else.

Been taking my car here several times before. Here recently I took my car in and they totally screwed up, instead of fixing what I needed they did fixed something else that doesn't need any serious attention. Well they said will call me and figure out way to help me out. Well they never meant to do what they said, couple days later no one ever called or followed up, I had to try call them instead. They hope the problem will swept underneath the carpet and left alone. I won't ever go to ORS or even suggest to anyone.

2008 Ford F-150 that my husband wants to drive forever had some rust patches on the back bottom corner of the cab. David repaired them and prepped them to be protected by Jeremy at Line-X of Kentucky. Affordable. Professional. Quick turnaround. Overall excellent experience. 5 stars.
