I imagine they're great if you're a large company looking to buy in bulk. However, if you're an individual, interested in purchasing single items, they'll take your information and then never contact you. Their "showroom" looks like a store that's in the final days of liquidation. Again, they're clearly not setup to provide service for the average, retail shopper. After their lack of follow-up, I found the chair (that they sold) on Amazon and couldn't be happier.
