I got a great deal on a sofa and chairs for my living room. Denisa was so helpful with choosing the right color and style for my needs. Plus they have a large selection of quality fabrics to choose from so I can re-upholster some existing chairs to match. I had no idea this locally owned-store offered so much for the entire home. I will be returning soon for new mattresses and bedroom furniture!!!

My sister and I stopped at Oak Factory to look for a sofa for our mother. Giovanni was very helpful and answered all the questions we had without being pushy. He was very patient and verified all the details with us to make sure he had the fabric we chose correct and gave us an expected delivery date. We are very glad that we stopped in there and will definitely check there first when we need furniture again.

Had a very pleasant visit. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted. Had it all handled in 30 minutes and came back to pick up later. Had three wonderful people helping me. Diffidently will be back.

The prices and quality are unbelievable. I was I tested in a coat rack and ended up buying a beautiful recliner and new couch. The employees let me look around with no pushy sales tactics and answered all of my questions and helped me set up a delivery date and time that worked with my busy schedule..

i bought a dinnng table and everyone was. more than happy to help me . took one leaf out to show me how it looked and then both . Had me sit in different chairs to see if they fit . Then after i choose one they were able to deliver it in two days . They came in set up the table snd chairs dusted them put pads on bottom of chair legs so they wouldn't scratch floor . it was great experience ! Didn't feel pressured at any time . Love my new Amish built table !

Good quality furniture at a good price… just what we were looking for. Nice employees, they answered all our questions and made the transaction easy. We had 2 chairs made, and received our furniture ahead of schedule! Denisa was friendly and informative also. Would highly recommend if you are looking for furniture ❤️

Excellent customer serviceWe were greeted upon arrival in the store but not pressured or bothered until we had narrowed down our choices. When we ask our questions he explained in detail, explained the sell and went and ask the Manager if he could get what we wanted. Yes the sale was just an extra to us, but we would buy here again just for the friendly and helpful staff.

We were greeted when when we entered but left alone to look at the furniture. The gentleman that greeted us was still available to ask questions. A pleasure to shop there and great furniture at good prices.

My wife and I had been looking for a kitchen table for months. We had been to a lot of furniture stores. And we seen a lot of the same products. The Oak Factory had a lot of unique furniture and incredible quality. We will definitely be back for our furniture needs.
