I've never had a problem here. I've bought many parts because all my cars are over 10 years old. They'll have stuff in stock where others don't. Plus I know that they have good quality parts.

I purchased a part form the store in Nicholasville, Ky. When I tried to install the part I discovered it was not the correct part. On my invoice there is no language or verbiage pertaining to a refund or return policy other than "all returns must be accompanied by this invoice." My wife attempted to return the item today, with the invoice, and was declined. The clerk advised that since the item has been installed they cannot refund us our money. This is obviously not correct. If the part was installed I would not be attempting to return it. I try to avoid purchasing items from Napa as the only experiences I have had in the past have been all negative. This only confirms that Napa does not care about the customer and does absolutely nothing to provide even halfway decent customer service. I would like a refund for the item I purchased as I have no use for it and it is still a brand new item.

Nothing against the store or people, but that is the highest priced Auto parts store. I compared 4 parts against two other local automotive stores and Napa was always higher. The several times i have been I've left disappointed, annoyed, and not appreciated as a customer. Employees act like they can't be bothered with stepping outside for couple minutes
