“We had very helpful employees at this store on the fall. My daughter's phone SIM card was nor working. It would not make calls or send or receive text messages. They spend over a half hour trying yo replace her SIM card and figure out if it could be fixed. We replaced her phone that day and the employee transferred all of her data and activated the phone for her. They tried to talk us into upgrading all 3 of our phones but listened when we said no. They gave us a written estimate which was helpful in making a choice and being sure how much the phone and service would cost. My daughter is in college in Kentucky so it is nice to have a close store if any phone issues occur.”
