First time going to this place. To turn off of us 27 there is a dodge dealership. Go to the end turn left. But there are trucks checking in. Stay close to the curb. Once you check in you go pass the guard gate to the stop sign make 2 rights. Then you have to back down to your dock. Place your bills in there mail box. The Lumper will send you a text with a fee. There is a love truck stop near by also a BP which charges $10. Becareful of the jockey they like to get in your way while backing. I guess there bored lol. Good luck drivers. Be safe and courteous God bless.

Arrived 1 hour early, guards friendly, door rightvaway, back down the docks until you get to your door. Put papers on mailbox, you will get a text for lumper fee, When done they bring paperwork to you. Totalbtime there was about 4 hours. Pretty normal for a dc. I would go back. Minus 1 star as I didn't see any bathroom facilities.

First and last time here. Unbelievably slow, very disrespectful could careless about their jobs. They charge an insane amount for a lumper fee, they stood huddled together smoking more than any work being done. Whatever they are being paid is too much. They will hold your paperwork on purpose just because they can. Will never waste my time here again.

I had a 2200 appointment last night. Do to adverse weather conditions I was 30 minutes late. It took an additional hour to get to the guard shack. Even the guard said " sorry it took so long I'm the only one here tonight". When he called my load back it was 2345 , and I heard him say , he's over an hour late tell him to reschedule. So I did , I scheduled to take their stuff right back where I got it from. Be safe out there , just not on McLane's time!

Not the absolute worst McLane. Capstone lumper charges a small fortune to lump. And in true McLane spirit … 1 security guard working … 1 playing on TikTok on company time with a super slow check in. Kudos to the working security guard though, ??
