My husband and I have been entrusting our vehicles to Emmett Mays of May's First Choice Automotive for many years. About 30 or 40 years ago, Emmett was working at a repair place and I noticed that he really listened to me when I explained what was happening with our cars. And his repairs were always on the mark. Emmett soon opened his own business and we followed him to his new location. He's that good. His prices are always fair. He is one in a million. I would trust Emmett with any auto repair and/or advice.

Emmett and his crew are the real deal. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. They've worked on my cars for 13+ years and there's no one I trust more for auto maintenance and repair.

We had a part put on a car and they had to take the radiator off to do it. It overheated on the way home and when I got there the radiator was still empty. They said they ran it for an hour in the shop. They blew a head gasket on the car and they say it was not there fault and refuse to assist in fixing it.

Mr Mayes really knows his stuff. If his place was open on the weekend I'd probably take it every time I needed something. Took my car to another place for a freon charge and they told me my distributor was "pouring oil" and needed to be replaced. Took it to Mayes for a second opinion and he diagnosed it correctly as a solenoid valve problem not the distributor and it was half the price of what a new distributor was gonna cost
