I absolutely hate that cell phones do not work inside that store!! I would like to be able to communicate with others while deciding on items for the home. Also, what is up with no attended registers?!?!? Hate to say it, but self checkout kinda feels like I was an employee for a bit.

I always have a good experience at the Nicholasville Lowes. Someone always is able to help me when I need help. I stopped in close to their closing time (happened to be driving by) to pick up a special order kitchen cabinet. Three people bent over backwards to help me: Jayla, Neisha, and Michelle. This was beyond good customer service. This is the kind of response I expect from this Lowes, but the level of service on this particular evening was over the top. I promise to come in earlier from now on. FYI - The cabinet fit perfectly.

Staff was very helpful. I bought me a new lawnmower from the Lowe’s as they were the only one in the state that had the model I wanted left, but this mower had a few issues. It had a flat tire and had the wrong sales information on it. it was outdated and that was no longer coin so when I got up front and was, instructed that Cell was gone. I started running issues. They said they normally take the lawn to a tire shop and have them fix it but since I was buying it there and then they were just give me a larger discount on it which they did and because the sale that had stopped running was still attached to the lawnmower. I did some math and quickly come up with a difference and they subtracted that from the cost the manager at the store, super helpful, polite, and courteous, and understood what it was like to be a customer, so I got a big discount and I was happy by the end of the day fast forward less than a year and both hydrostatics on that lawnmower went out to find out the place that services those mowers under warranty was about an hour and a half drive away be cautious when buying a lawnmower that has a warranty on how far you had to take it to get it serviced but at the end of the day, the lawnmower company made it right and fixed my mower. I hope it doesn’t fail again.

Lowe's does a great job offering reasonable prices. The employees need to step up and help customers not play on phones.

Usually, I have no issues here. Sometimes, I have to wait a bit to get someone to help load bags of dirt or mulch. This last time, not only did the checkout lady ring up the wrong mulch (it was more expensive and bag size is different depending on the brand. which meant i didnt have enough when i got to my project.) and she only rang up half of the number i asked for, but also the loaders shorted me a bag. The whole visit too entirely way longer than it should have. Lowes, do better.

Friendly cashier and she offered someone to load my car. He didn't volunteer even though he was nearby, but he was obedient. Just bought some cement bags. Can't speak for any specific department.

I made a purchase. I bought the kolbolt 40 volt battery powered mower. The gentleman helped me get it down and on a cart after he was doing something else he offered his help I never asked which I'm thankful he did. People as he was an is what makes everyone's day a bit brighter an better. Wish I knew his name. He works at Lowe's In nicholasville ky. Hopefully he sees this if so thank u again.
